Upgrades Coming to Health Center

Over the next six months, Catholic Charities Free Health Care Center will be modernizing our systems by adding a new electronic health record system, updating our operational procedures, expanding eligibility, and enhancing our training for all staff and volunteers.

In order to accommodate these changes, medical services will be temporarily suspended from April 16 through September 17, 2018. Dental services to existing patients will continue, but during the modernization period, we will not be taking new patients. All services to medical and dental patients, existing and new, is anticipated to resume on September 17.

If you are a current medical patient, we will continue to provide you with care through April 13, and we will work with you to identify and connect with a provider for the time we are closed.

Please follow this link if you are an existing medical, dental, or counseling patient.

Catholic Charities’ Board, staff, and volunteers send our thoughts and prayers to the Redington family in memory of Diane Redington, who passed away on March 15.

Diane was the first Administrator of Catholic Charities Free Health Care Center, and her kindness and compassion to those she served will never be forgotten.

In your hands, O Lord,
We humbly entrust our brothers and sisters.
In this life you embraced them with your tender love;
Deliver them now and bid them eternal rest.
